Unique open water park just south of UTC mall in Sarasota where world-class rowing is the sport of the day.  This area had been undeveloped until a company from New York came in and built the magnificent University Town Center Shopping Mall (UTC) in 2014 which brings in more than $1B annually.  Mote Marine Aquarium is now building their new  education facility there which is to be completed in Spring of 2023.

What better way to examine virgin land about to be developed than through high definition aerial (drone) video? The location can be examined in real time and recorded for future reference.  The data can be key in more quickly determining the work to be done as well as 'fine tuning' project planning.  Drones can be deployed periodically during the project to monitor progress and identify any potential safety issues.  And you won't even get your boots dirty!

Virtually eliminate first climbs by using our drones to perform initial inspections!  You will obtain a visual record of roof condition in a less time consuming and much less hazardous method.  The resulting footage can be shared with your client to support the need for service and/or repair.

All towers need to be inspected and maintained at regular intervals.   Whether they carry radio waves, high voltage or hold a lot of water they need to be certified as operational and safe.  Using drones to perform initial site inspection and record the data provides the team with the information they need to prep for the repair operation - reducing dangerous climbs by as much as 50%.

GCBX Golf Tournament at Ritz-Carlton Sarasota Golf Club

As new members of the organization we were thrilled to be asked to provide our services for the event.  GCBX represents a broad cross section of the building industry, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and others. The organization was formed in 1952 by a small group of Sarasota contractors.  It continues to serve the needs of local building contractors, and to promote "Members Working With Members".  www.GCBX.org
